Once they are all in the room for the memorial service we will move to the main banquet room and prepare an indoor flag line for the attendees as they move from the memorial service to the main room for the Flag raising reenactment. Once they are all seated we will move to the rear and sides of the room until the reenactment ceremony is complete. We will then return our flags to the support vehicles and be dismissed.

Once part two is finished we are still invited to our meet and greet which is posted below as part 3. After the meet and greet if we wish, we are invited to return to the hotel for the fireside chat and the missing man flyover.
