Born January 2, 1958 and passed from this life on June 15, 2018 in Fort Worth. Preceded in death by his parents and wife who are also interred at DFW National. Survived by his sister, Collette McFarland. No obituary prepared. Family chose to maintain their privacy.

Part 1 Details 

The family has requested the PGR to stand a flag line at PV2 Pierce's inurnment service. We will stage at the visitor center for a briefing. Honor bikes will be chosen and moved to the staging lane. The remaining riders will proceed to the assigned shelter to set the flags and await the arrival of the short procession. Following the service, riders will stow the flags, be debriefed and dismissed.

Funeral Processions/Escorts

EVERY RIDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for their own safety at all times while riding in a funeral procession. 

At NO TIME are any riders authorized to block any intersection or otherwise block or impede traffic laws in any way.  Only Law Enforcement officials are authorized to block and/or impeded the lawful flow of traffic.

If you choose to fly a flag on your bike you are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring it is secured and not a danger to any other rider or traffic. 

High Temperatures

It's every RIDER'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to hydrate prior to attending a mission. 

Begin drinking water the night before.  Drink water when you wake up and continue drinking water all day to ensure your body stays hydrated.
