Part 1 Details 

The PGR will stage at Hallmark Baptist Church, flags will be set, riders will be given the mission brief and prepare to receive the family and friends of Private 1st Class Whisenant. When directed by the ride captain, the riders will take up positions on the flag line as the family and friends of PFC Whisenant arrive. Once the service begins, the flags will be furled, and the riders dismissed.

Rider that stay for the procession will be given a safety briefing and wait for the procession to DFW. Riders not participating in the procession can meet at the DFW National Cemetery Visitation Center.

Part 2 Details 

Interment service at DFW National Cemetery is Part 2 of the Mission.

Staging will be at the DFW National Public Information Center. A briefing will be held, honor bikes will be selected if needed and then riders will proceed to the appropriate shelter, set the flags, and await PFC Clovis Whisenant, his family, and friends. After the service, flags will be furled, returned to the storage area, riders briefed and dismissed.

Funeral Processions/Escorts

EVERY RIDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for their own safety at all times while riding in a funeral procession. 

At NO TIME are any riders authorized to block any intersection or otherwise block or impede traffic laws in any way.  Only Law Enforcement officials are authorized to block and/or impeded the lawful flow of traffic.

If you choose to fly a flag on your bike you are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring it is secured and not a danger to any other rider or traffic. 

High Temperatures

It's every RIDER'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to hydrate prior to attending a mission. 

Begin drinking water the night before.  Drink water when you wake up and continue drinking water all day to ensure your body stays hydrated.
