Born April 5, 1940. Died November 21, 2019.

The Air Force is where Dad learned his lifetime trade. He went to work for Texas International as an Avionics Mechanic. He spent 40 years in aviation, retiring as an avionics crew chief for American Airlines.

He is survived by a sister and three children (two daughters and a son.) He has four grandchildren as well as four great-grandchildren.

His hobbies were his train and model plane collection.
He had a passion for his Harley Heritage Soft Tail, and his Camaro SS. Some of his favorite things were aviator sunglasses, history (WWII related), and old John Wayne westerns. Christmas was his favorite time of year.

Details 

Riders will stage at the Elks Lodge to be briefed and to stand tall and silent as family and friends arrive for the memorial service. After the service begins, flags will be returned to the support vehicle. After the debriefing, riders will be dismissed to proceed to DFW National Cemetery for the inurnment service.

Details 

We will stage at the Information Center at DFW National Cemetery. After the briefing, Honor Bikes will be selected. Remaining riders will proceed to the designated shelter to set the flags and await the arrival of the procession. Riders will stand tall and silent during the inurnment service. After the service, flags will be returned to the storage locker and riders will be debriefed and dismissed.
