Part 1 Details

The family of Seaman Robert Herbert Cannon has asked the North Texas Patriot Guard Riders to honor his service to our country by standing a flag line for his funeral service in Joshua and then again at Burleson Memorial Cemetery.

The PGR will stage at Lane Prairie Baptist Church in Joshua, TX. Flags will be set, and the Ride Captain will conduct a briefing. The PGR will then stand the Flag Line as family and friends of Seaman Robert Cannon arrive. Once the service starts, the Ride Captain will make the decision when to remove the flags and take them to the support vehicle. The riders will be debriefed and dismissed from Part I.

If riders stay to ride in the procession, there will be a safety briefing provided. The PGR that do not ride in the procession may meet at the Burleson Memorial Cemetery for Part 2.
