Details 

Riders will assemble in the parking lot of the funeral home for a briefing and assist with flag installation if needed. At the direction of the MRC, riders will man the flag line to “Stand Tall and Silent”. After the service begins, riders, at the direction of the MRC, will move the flags, in the prescribed manner, to the support vehicle, be debriefed and dismissed.

There will be an escorted precession to the DFWNC for an 1315 1115 burial. Riders who wish to participate in the procession will receive the mandatory procession briefing and move their motorcycles to the procession staging location. The remaining riders who will be attending Part 2 may proceed to DFWNC.

Details 

Riders will assemble at the Visitor Center for a briefing and selection of large flag bikes that will stage at the proper lane, if needed. The remaining riders may proceed to the assigned shelter, install the flag line, and await the family and friends of our hero. At the conclusion of the service, and at the direction of the MRC, the flags will be moved, in the prescribed manner, to the storage locker, and riders will be debriefed and dismissed.

Funeral Processions/Escorts

EVERY RIDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for their own safety at all times while riding in a funeral procession. 

At NO TIME are any riders authorized to block any intersection or otherwise block or impede traffic laws in any way.  Only Law Enforcement officials are authorized to block and/or impeded the lawful flow of traffic.

If you choose to fly a flag on your bike you are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring it is secured and not a danger to any other rider or traffic. 

                                                                         High Temperatures

It's every RIDER'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to hydrate prior to attending a mission. 

Begin drinking water the night before.  Drink water when you wake up and continue drinking water all day to ensure your body stays hydrated.
